Life is all about evolving and discovering meaningful adventures along the way.  I first started visiting beautiful Andes, NY, our Land in the Sky about 9 years ago, and immediately fell in love with it. Shortly thereafter, my husband and I bought a small cabin settled in the woods, with a spring-fed pond, and experienced all of the peace and tranquility this area is known for. We visited more often, staying longer each time until leaving was unimaginable, at which time we became permanent residents. We bought a beautiful former dairy farm in Bovina and began anew in our Catskills haven.

Creating Dragonfly55 Epicurean Coffee Bar & Boutique is my newest pursuit in entrepreneurism, based on my long-term love of all things coffee and building successful businesses. Andes is the perfect small-town setting where I look forward to serving my neighbors and guests a hot cup of premium organic coffee, along with many other favorite specialty refreshments, as we enjoy life together here on Main Street America.
